Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute growth strategies while developing leadership and commercial skills.

You will learn how consumer products are brought to life in the marketplace and gain experience in sales, negotiation, analytics, and strategic planning. Location: Eastern Region (U.S.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, or consumer goods.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, or other roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside within or relocate to the assigned territory; legally authorized to work in the United States.
