Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a retail territory, partner with customers, analyze sales data, and execute growth strategies in your market.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or be completing it, up to two years’ experience, and a drive for sales, leadership, and analytics. Willingness to relocate within the region and to work in major metropolitan markets is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or expected before start.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals (0–2 years) are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities
