Job summary

PMI U.S. seeks an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, analyze sales data, and execute growth strategies in your market.

From day one, you’ll gain hands-on business experience, develop leadership and negotiation skills, and learn how consumer products are brought to life in the marketplace. Relocation within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or expected before start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of professional experience.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Must reside in or relocate to the assigned territory and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and fact-based insights to customers.
