Qualifications

• 2 years’ general management experience including financial accountability
• For firearm-involved facilities: CBC and firearms eligibility requirements

Responsibilities

• Develops across store operations including merchandising, people leadership, and customer experience
• Assist in budgeting and financial performance, monitoring sales and profit goals
• Lead staffing plans and talent development, including succession planning
• Promote community engagement and corporate outreach
• Ensure compliance with policies and asset protection standards
• Train and coach hourly associates and managers to meet performance expectations
