Responsibilities
- Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters, manages front end operations, and makes recommendations on pharmacy and retail store operations.
- Supports the Store Manager in overall store management, including staffing, merchandising, asset protection, and sales improvement.
- Leads and manages store team members, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline.
- Enhances customer experience by engaging with customers, resolving complaints, and coaching staff on service best practices.
- Oversees store operations such as scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Analyzes financial and performance data to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Leads and develops team members, manages performance, and plans for staffing needs.
- Completes training programs, maintains required licenses, and seeks personal development.
- Ensures effective communication within the team and supports strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with leadership skills and business acumen.
- Completion of Store Manager training or willingness to complete necessary training.
- Fluency in English; flexible schedule; willingness to relocate or transfer if needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; management experience; retail or food industry experience.
