Job summary

Buckle in Louisville, KY is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader. The role combines sales, merchandising and operations, reporting to the Store Manager and Leadership Team. This is a part-time, on-site position focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The LIT/Floor Leader will drive sales, assist with recruiting and training, and support daily store operations while upholding Buckle’s standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or related retail experience/training.
• Retail experience or training is preferred.
• Ability to work a part-time schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with excellent service and assist with merchandise needs.
• Proactively recommend items and create a wardrobe experience for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and processes.
• Lead by example in sales and guest service across store areas.
• Assist in recruiting and training new Teammates as needed.
• Help manage floor coverage, merchandising, and store operations.
