Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Part-Time Leader in Training / Floor Leader at our store in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on sales, merchandising, and daily operations to create the best shopping experience for guests.

You will work closely with store leadership to drive sales, display products, and recruit teammates while upholding Buckle’s standards. The position requires flexibility for mornings/evenings/weekends with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with product knowledge and locate merchandise.
• Support leadership by training Teammates and maintaining store standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store and follow loss prevention guidelines.
