Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for our Store in Louisville, KY. This part-time, on-site role involves driving sales, merchandising, and daily operations under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

You will recruit, train, and develop Teammates while delivering a best-in-class shopping experience. Responsibilities include customer service, product demonstrations, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with product knowledge and locate items.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to guest loyalty programs.
• Lead by example and coach teammates in presentation and showmanship.
• Participate in recruiting, training and developing new teammates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store per standards.
• Follow loss prevention and policy guidelines.
• Balance operations with opening/closing tasks and scheduling.
