Job summary

Buckle is hiring for leadership positions at the Towne Mall store in Elizabethtown, KY. The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader will work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise effectively, and develop Teammates.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or related retail experience) and strong customer service skills. The role requires flexibility for a retail schedule including weekends and holidays, with potential for growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or related retail experience/training.
• Ability to meet sales goals and maintain guest service standards.
• Experience or aptitude in supervising or leading teammates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while assisting with merchandise selection.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and product knowledge.
• Assist in recruiting and developing Teammates, and maintain store operations.
• Ensure POS procedures, returns and exchanges follow policy.
• Maintain clean, organized, shoppable store and uphold Buckle codes of ethics.
