Job summary

Buckle in Bend, OR is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest-focused service, sales, and visual standards in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll work with Store Manager and Leadership Team to mentor Teammates, recruit, train, and ensure daily operations run smoothly, including cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention.

This role emphasizes showmanship, coaching, and delivering the Buckle experience, with opportunities for advancement as you develop

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months related retail experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Lead by example with showmanship and excellent customer service.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
