Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive guest service and sales, supervise daily store operations, and recruit and train teammates. This role works with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to ensure an engaging shopping experience and strong performance in key metrics.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, a passion for fashion, and ability to coach others while maintaining Buckle’s standards in customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist Guests with questions about store and merchandise; recommend and locate items.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and maintain knowledge of promotions and policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; balance leadership duties with daily tasks.
• Ensure a clean, shoppable store and adherence to Buckle policies and safety standards.
