Job summary

Buckle in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, lead a team, and support store management. You will handle cashiering, merchandising, and routine store operations while recruiting and developing Teammates to uphold Buckle’s service standards.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will execute store initiatives, provide exceptional guest experiences, and ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
