Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. In this role you will perform sales, merchandising and operations tasks, collaborate with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, recruit Teammates, and develop sales strategies.

You’ll lead by example with showmanship and outstanding customer service, train teammates, manage daily duties, and help maintain visual standards.

Formación

• Retail and guest service experience is preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate Teammates to meet sales goals.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sales floor activities and provide Legendary Service.
• Mentor Teammates, recruit and train new staff as needed.
• Ensure visual standards and daily store operations are maintained.
