Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

This role blends sales, merchandising, and store operations such as cashiering, displays, and daily cleaning, in collaboration with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to grow sales and recruit Teammates. You will lead by example with exceptional customer service, coach teammates, and maintain Buckle’s standards in merchandising, guest

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and related retail experience (1–3 months).
• Demonstrates strong customer service, communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service across the store.
• Assist in merchandising, displays, and inventory pulls.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; lead by example.
• Maintain shopping environment and execute Loss Prevention practices.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team with sales growth and guest relations.
