Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks and assist in recruiting new Teammates while providing leadership. As part of the leadership team you will drive sales, build guest loyalty, and ensure store standards are met through coaching, showmanship and excellent customer service.
