Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering the best possible guest experience. The role includes sales, merchandising, and daily operations such as cashiering, display, and routines that keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, recruiting and training, and leading by example with exceptional customer service and showmanship in all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• This role drives sales and guest service while executing merchandising and operational tasks as assigned by store management.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing new Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store; follow Loss Prevention guidelines; and perform POS procedures.
