Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver an exceptional guest experience across all store areas. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, train new Teammates, and maintain daily store operations, including merchandising, POS, and loss prevention.

The role emphasizes showmanship, customer service, and teamwork. The position includes full-time hours with opportunities for growth into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience or training preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service; assist with product selection and showmanship.
• Lead by example and coach Teammates in sales presentation and guest service.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; maintain positive floor culture.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, including POS procedures and loss prevention practices.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising to support Buckle’s mission.
• Provide feedback to leadership and participate in daily tasks and special projects.
