Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, retail management, or financial management.
• 4 years' management experience in retail/operations with supervision and hiring responsibilities.
• 2 years' general management experience with financial accountability.
• For firearm facilities: successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities with only ammunition and state requirements: valid state Certificate of Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and store operations skills across merchandising, people leadership, and financial management.
• Assist in managing the store's financial performance and budget adherence.
• Forecast staffing plans and support talent pipelines for Store Manager placement.
• Lead community outreach and represent Walmart in local engagement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards while driving customer experience.
