Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking according to established practices.
• Manage inventory processes including damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Support in in-stock targets and cashier accountability.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Participate in store opening and closing activities.
• Ensure security of company funds and adherence to cash control procedures.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked stores and a safe environment.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
