Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including deposits and cashier accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing according to practices and guidance.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership.
• Support store opening/closing activities and security practices.
• Review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation.
