Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, retail management or financial management.
• 4 years’ management experience in retail/operations/distribution with supervision and mentoring responsibilities.
• CBC/Firearms training or state eligibility where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop store operations knowledge across merchandising, staffing, and customer experience.
• Assist in leading store management team and implementing store objectives.
• Monitor financial performance and budget adherence; analyze reports and forecast needs.
