Job summary

- Experience supervising, mentoring and developing managers/supervisors.
- Financial accountability and budgeting experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the store's management team and implementing store objectives.
- Develop staffing plans and manage recruiting, onboarding, and succession processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, budgets and reports.
- Promote company-sponsored programs and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain store standards for customer service, pricing and inventory levels.
