Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, retail management, financial management and 2 years' experience in a management role within a retail, operations, or distribution environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors, managing workloads, and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.
• Option 2: 4 years' experience in a management role within a retail, operations, or distribution environment, with responsibility for supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors, managing workloads, and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees.

Responsibilities

• Develops across store operations, including merchandising, people leadership, financial management, customer experience, and community engagement.
• Lead and direct the store's management team by supporting objectives, communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Assist in managing the store's financial performance by learning to authorize expenditures against budget and analyze sales and profit goals.
