Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, retail management or financial management with 2 years' management experience in retail, operations or distribution.
• 2 years' general management experience, including responsibility for financial accountability.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop across store operations including merchandising, people leadership, financial management, customer experience, and community engagement for Store Manager readiness.
• Assist in managing the store's financial performance by learning to authorize and manage expenditures against budget; monitor sales and profit goals.
• Analyze economic trends and community needs for budgeting and forecasting; generate and review business reports and P&L statements.
• Lead and direct the store's management team, establish objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback to drive results.
• Support staffing plans, talent pipelines, succession planning, and workforce development; promote a culture of belonging and customer-first service.
