CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop into a CVS Store Manager. This 16-week program blends virtual and hands-on learning with mentors including District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and Store Manager coach.

You will engage in Key Learning Experiences, support the management team, and promote CVS values while preparing for future store leadership. This fully-time, benefits-eligible role offers growth and a clear path to advancement within CVS Pharmacy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support you on your path to promotion during the structured program.
• Support your store as management team member and lead in a manner that is consistent with CVS values and policies.
