Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an ambitious candidate for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the designated market. This 16-week, self-paced training develops you through a blended learning approach with District Leaders, HR, and coaching from Store Managers.

You will gain hands-on leadership experience while preparing for future store leadership responsibilities. The role emphasizes strong communication, customer service excellence, merchandising execution, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is valued.
• Willingness to relocate/promote within the market.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with leader in Learning Experiences to support growth toward promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead per CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues to advance CVS purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
