CVS Health is offering a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The self-paced, collaborative training runs for 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on experiences to develop your leadership skills.

You'll work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to grow toward leadership, with promotion opportunities across markets and a 45-hour work week as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Willingness to promote to Store Manager role in the designated market.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores within the market.
• Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion in the program.
• Support your store as a management team member and lead in CVS values and policies.
• Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market you work in.
