Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) to develop toward a CVS Store Manager position. The program spans 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on learning, guided by your district leader, HRBP, training store manager and store manager coach.

You'll build leadership, customer service, merchandising and inventory skills while demonstrating CVS values. Promotion depends on performance and market openings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Retail management experience or supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with leaders in learning experiences to support promotion toward store manager.
• Support the store as part of the management team and lead in line with CVS values.
• Engage colleagues to support the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health.
• Be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market.
