Responsibilities

• Create accurate data in a CRM including names, titles, phones, and addresses.
• Cold call prospective clients to generate interest.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
• Educate clients about the translation process and TransPerfect’s offerings.
• Coordinate with production to ensure accurate job handling and quality.
• Follow up with clients to ensure delivery satisfaction and service quality.
• Grow share of customer and develop long-term relationships within the territory.
• Maintain relationships with customers to expand the current base.
• Take on special projects or duties as required.
