Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven sales lifecycle experience – lead generation through business closing.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, directories and personal investigation.
• Create accurate data within a CRM of prospective client data including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses and other information.
• Cold call prospective clients.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.
• Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process, pricing, turnaround times and competitors.
• Liaise with production to ensure jobs are handled accurately and with attention to detail.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality and service.
• Research industries TransPerfect markets to and understand market requirements and trends.
