Job summary

S&S Fuels Management is seeking a Store Manager in Training for our Las Vegas, NV location. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, supervising staff, managing sales, and controlling expenses to optimize profitability.

The role requires a positive, team-oriented management style, strong merchandising skills, and excellent interpersonal communication. Prior retail experience, particularly in convenience store environments, is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales.
• Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
• Experience managing a retail location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, employees, payroll, merchandising and customer relations.
• Enforce company policies, regulations, and audits for compliance.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and account for cash and follow banking requirements.
