Job summary

S&S Fuels Management's Store 05 in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Store Manager in Training to support daily operations and customer-focused service at a Company-owned retail facility. You will assist the Store Manager, supervise employees, manage sales and expenses, and help ensure safe, profitable operations while maintaining strong customer relations.

This role requires a High School diploma and retail experience, ideally in a convenience-store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales is required.
• Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the store in regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintaining good customer relations and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyzing daily sales and expense information and performing all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguarding and accounting for cash received and disbursed and ensuring compliance with banking requirements.
