You will assist the Store Manager with payroll, scheduling, expense control, and achieving sales targets while adhering to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers
• Strong merchandising skills

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, employees, payroll, merchandising, customer relations.
• Enforce company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits, to ensure compliance.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for following banking requirements.
