S&S Fuels Management stores in Las Vegas, NV seek a Store Manager in Training to support daily retail operations, supervise employees, and help run a safe, customer‑driven, and profitable store. You will assist the Store Manager, lead staff, and ensure adherence to policies while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a High School diploma, retail experience (preferably in convenience/7‑Eleven), strong communication, merchandising skills, and the ability to manage payroll

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the store in-regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, customer relations.
• Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits, to ensure compliance.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for following banking requirements.
