Job summary

S&S Fuels Management is seeking a Store Manager in Training for Store 02 in Las Vegas, NV. This role focuses on maintaining a safe, customer-focused, and profitable retail facility while supporting the Store Manager.

You will supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and drive sales and cost control. The position requires a positive, team-oriented management style with experience in retail and merchandising.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers.
• Strong merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, employees, payroll, merchandising, and customer relations.
• Enforce company policies, regulations, and audits to ensure compliance.
• Maintain positive customer relations and resolve complaints promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses and perform financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and account for cash and follow banking requirements.
