Job summary

S&S Fuels Management in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure superior customer service. The role reports to the District Manager and offers growth toward an established retail leadership path.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, retail sales experience, and strong merchandising skills. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on compliance, budgeting, and customer relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales.
• Experience in 7-Eleven preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers
• Strong merchandising skills

Responsibilities

• Managing the store in-regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, customer relations.
• Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits, to ensure compliance.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for following banking requirements.
