Job summary

S&S Fuels Management is seeking a Store Manager in Training for a full-time position at a Las Vegas area location. This role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, supervises staff, and drives store performance to meet financial goals.

Applicants should have retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and merchandising expertise to optimize customer experience and profitability. High school diploma required; dealership and/or convenience store experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail sales required.
• Experience in 7-Eleven is preferred.
• Experience in managing a retail sales location is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Full understanding of competitive relationships and market drivers
• Strong merchandising skills

Responsibilities

• Managing the store in-regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, customer relations.
• Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits, to ensure compliance.
• Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits.
• Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for following banking requirements.
