Job summary

Albireo Energy is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support project execution in our Solutions group. You will help plan and schedule projects, monitor budgets, manage documentation and procurement, and align internal teams and subcontractors under senior PM mentorship.

This role offers real project responsibility from day one with mentorship and a clear path to Project Manager. Join a team delivering data center and HVAC projects with hands-on growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with technical training; associate degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of project coordination or management experience.
• Ability to interpret design documents and use basic PM tools.
• Foundational cost tracking, budgeting, and invoicing understanding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scope development, scheduling, and document management.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal team members under PM guidance.
• Track and forecast expenses and revenues and support monthly invoicing.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, compliance records, and As-Built docs.
• Identify change order opportunities and maintain supporting documentation.
• Specify, order, and track project materials with vendors.
• Support startup, commissioning, quality inspections, and turnover.
