Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to coordinate HVAC/mechanical projects, ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope, and lead cross-functional teams. You will forecast revenue, assign tasks, prepare status reports, and manage documents throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include interfacing with clients and stakeholders, managing change orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating HVAC/mechanical projects.
• Strong use of MS Office, especially Excel and Project.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and stakeholder relationships and align resources.
• Interpret project documents to establish intent and align resources.
• Assist in Sub-Contractor scope of work documentation.
• Maintain contracts and subcontracts.
• Oversee change order process and track invoices.
• Materials specification, ordering, tracking, and installation support.
• Schedule start-up, installation and commissioning.
• Maintain project documentation: submittals, RFIs, schedules, safety, commissioning.
• Maintain up-to-date As-Built docs and turnover packages to Owner.
• Forecast project revenues and monthly invoicing.
• Identify risk and pursue change-order opportunities.
• Forecast and monitor budgets; meet financial targets.
• Develop leadership and attend required trainings.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
