Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support execution of projects in our Solutions business. You will help plan and schedule projects, track budgets and forecasts, manage documentation and procurement, and align internal teams and subcontractors with mentorship from senior PMs.

You will learn to interpret design documents, manage costs, and support invoicing while advancing toward a Project Manager role.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to interpret design documents and use basic project management tools.
• Foundational understanding of cost tracking, budgeting, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, scope development, scheduling, and document management.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal team members under senior PM guidance.
• Track and forecast project expenses and revenues and support monthly invoicing.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, compliance records, and As-Built documentation.
• Identify change order opportunities and maintain supporting documentation.
• Specify, order, and track project materials with vendors and suppliers.
• Support startup, commissioning, quality inspections, and final turnover.
