Job summary

Parkhill is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Program Management in Frisco, TX. This role supports planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, working with project managers, design and construction teams, clients, and consultants to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget tracking, risk management, and maintaining PM documentation. The position offers growth into Owner's Representative and program management assignments as experience increases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in the AEC industry, project coordination, or project support roles.
• Working knowledge of scope, scheduling, budgeting and contract coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through closeout.
• Maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, work plans, and forecasts.
• Coordinate among clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to support timely decisions.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and change management activities.
