Job summary

Exelon seeks an Associate Project Manager in Baltimore, MD to support the development and execution of transmission, substation, distribution, and gas projects. You will assist Sr Project Managers and work with cross-functional teams to manage scope, schedule, budget and safety performance.

You will track costs, gather data, prepare reports and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Extended hours and storm coverage may be required to ensure reliability and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline and 0-2 years relevant experience.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Customer driven with good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong financial aptitude and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced Project Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget.
• Gather data, interpret results, and make recommendations for efficient project execution.
• Track project costs and schedules under PM guidance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders; coordinate activities.
• Learn project management tools and pursue PM certifications.
