Exelon Corporation in Milford Mill, MD seeks an Associate Project Manager to support transmission, substation, distribution, and gas projects. You will assist in scope, schedule, budget, risks, and safety performance under guidance of experienced PMs, including cross-functional teamwork and on-call coverage during emergencies.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and budget-compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline and 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Customer driven with good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with a focus on achieving desired results.
• Strong financial aptitude.
• Proficiency in PC software such as Microsoft Word and Excel; driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced Project Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget.
• Track project costs and schedules under guidance to stay within limits.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate activities.
• Provide analytical and operations support and monitor project status with reports.
• Learn project management tools and pursue PM certifications.
