Job summary

Arup in Boston is offering a Project & Commercial Management Intern position designed to expose you to the full project lifecycle within a global consultancy. You will support the Project Manager in coordinating deliverables and assist with monitoring scope, budget, and schedule while collaborating with design disciplines.

This role develops technical knowledge, requires pursuing a degree in PM/Construction/Engineering/Architecture, strong communication, planning, and Office skills, and

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent planning and organization for a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project deliverables with the Project Manager.
• Monitor project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines.
• Prepare client submittals, reports, presentations, guidelines, and project plans.
• Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation.
• Develop Change Orders or other contractual documents with oversight.
• Prepare, track and resolve RFIs with the design team and the Client.
• Support project reporting and on-time deliverables.
