Job summary

ARCO National Holdings in Framingham, MA is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Intern to join our team this summer. You will assist project managers with estimating, scheduling, design meetings, buyout, permitting, and submittal review.

Responsibilities include attending owner meetings, reviewing shop drawings, and supporting billing and job-site visits to ensure projects run smoothly. Housing stipends and a path to full-time opportunities are available for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Civil/Mechanical/Architectural or Construction Management Bachelor’s degree program
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
• Previous internship or co-op construction experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with estimating and scheduling tasks
• Attend design meetings with owner and team
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor proposals and coordinate buyouts
• Assist with permitting and submittal review processes
• Support billing activities including subcontracts and change orders
• Visit job sites with the PM to monitor progress
