QXO's Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) is a one-year rotational experience designed to develop future branch and operations leaders. Participants gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership exposure to prepare for Assistant Branch Manager or Operations Manager roles upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Distribution, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate or travel regionally for rotational assignments and future leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational and strategic projects end to end using data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Share insights with regional and branch leaders to influence decisions.
• Hire and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
• Recommend process, workflow or resource changes to move the business forward.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on forecasting, staffing, inventory health and cost control.
