• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: Partner with Field Marketing for local and hyperlocal initiatives.
• Grand Opening Commitments: Ensure all Grand Opening requirements are met.
• Training & Organizational Capability: Support leadership development and onboarding.
• Operational Growth Enablement: Improve guest experience, ROE, throughput, and performance.
