Job summary

Inspire seeks a Franchisee Growth Consultant to drive growth in Emerging Markets for its Dunkin’ and other brands within the Inspire portfolio. You will lead field execution, strengthen franchisee operations, and accelerate profitable growth while coordinating with Training, Marketing, Development, and Analytics teams.

You will focus on building market readiness, demand capture, and high-touch support to scale franchises in priority markets, traveling up to 60% and collaborating across brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Hospitality or related field.
• 7+ years in franchising, multi-unit operations, business consulting, training, development or marketing.
• Franchise consulting and restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Strategic growth planning, franchisee coaching, cross-functional leadership, analytics, business acumen, communication, influence without authority and market development expertise.

Responsibilities

• Franchisee Growth Leadership: facilitate annual growth planning, frequent touchpoints, drive accountability and execution.
• Emerging Market Development: support focus-state initiatives, market development plans and new unit readiness.
• Marketing Activation & Demand Creation: partner with Field Marketing on local and hyperlocal store marketing initiatives.
• Grand Opening Commitments: ensure grand openings meet requirements for entry into communities.
• Training & Organizational Capability: support leadership development, onboarding and preparedness.
• Operational Growth Enablement: improve guest experience, throughput, and business performance.
• Cross Functional Leadership: anchor the Franchisee–Marketing–Real Estate tripod.
