Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a regional marketing leader focused on Emerging Markets to act as the local expert for franchisee networks. You will partner with Operations, Training, Growth Consultants and Analytics to drive demand capture and profitable growth through a high-touch support model.

The role emphasizes fieldPresence, franchisee coaching, and close collaboration with national marketing teams to tailor plans for regional markets. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Local store marketing expertise and ability to communicate at all levels to build partnerships with franchisees.
• Experience working in a franchisee model or multi-unit distribution system is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business-related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with franchisees and serve as their local marketing coach.
• Be the expert on regional/local dynamics, market conditions, and franchisee needs to inform marketing actions.
• Identify shifts in local business needs and coordinate marketing support with XF team.
• Spend time in the field with franchisees and marketing leadership to drive execution and alignment.
• Support key market moments with marketing program execution, PR, and local store support.
• Attend franchisee meetings and prepare materials for regional councils and meetings.
• Drive Local Store Marketing (LSM) strategies and ensure annual plans are in place with franchisees.
