Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment movement including receiving, transfers, shipments, deliveries, and returns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with monthly scans, reconciliations, and system updates.
• Coordinate pre-delivery inspection workflow and prep equipment for rental, sale, demo, or delivery.
• Manage loaner, rental, and demo equipment with sourcing, tracking, and customer communication.
• Coordinate trucking, palletizing, freight preparation, and shipment updates for customers and internal teams.
